PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on both service provider and service user in profile data management associated with the introduction of new service by integrating plural profilers of different access protocols and different data expressive forms. SOLUTION: An integrated access part 2 accepts an access request to a profiler by an access protocol defined to each service through an integrated access interface 20 for each protocol, and a name management part 3 converts a data element name designated by the access request into information about an actual storing position in the profiler. A profile access part 4, depending on the information about the converted storing position, and gets access to the profiler through a corresponding profile access interface 40 to send back the result.
