PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary gear which can prevent generation of rattle noise, without having to use additional parts and a disk drive which uses the rotary gear. SOLUTION: A lever device 30A which his one variation of this invention is constituted, so that rotary levers 31, 32 are supported by rotary shafts 1161, 1162, and is biased in one way by a spring 33, in order that they can rotate smoothly with a designated clearanceδa each other, and stop their rotation at a designated stopping position. In the lever device, a part of an upper face chassis 1160 is cut obliquely downward, and a slanting face is formed at a part of a stopper 1164 that stops Sa, an accumulated part of rotary levers 31, 32 at the designated stopping position. Sa, the accumulated part of rotary levers 31, 32, is made to abut against the slanting face, so that is cuts into the slanting face to hold these rotary levers 31, 32.
