PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard fixing structure which facilitates fixture of a baseboard in an exchangeable manner, and effectively prevents formation of a gap between the baseboard and a floor finish material, due to contraction of floor members. SOLUTION: The baseboard fixing structure 10 is constructed by forming a gap 13 between a lower bed of a wall finish material 11 and an upper bed of the floor finish material 12, arranging an insertion engaging portion 16 of a baseboard fixture 15 in the gap, inserting an inserting projection 17 projected from a rear surface of the baseboard 14 into the insertion engaging portion 16, and engaging both the portions with each other, whereby the baseboard 14 is fixed along the under bed of the wall finish material 11. The baseboard fixture 15 includes a plate spring engaging piece 19 which extends from an upper end of an erect plate portion 18 erectly supported by a floor substrate material 28 toward the interior of a room, and a space below the plate spring engaging piece 19 is defined as the insertion engaging portion 16. By inserting the inserting projection 17 of the baseboard 14 into the insertion engaging portion 16 with the plate spring engaging piece 19 being lifted upward, the baseboard 14 is fixed while being downward energized by the plate spring engaging piece 19.
