PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary road mat for easily performing all-over laying and removing work and easily passing a vehicle. SOLUTION: Footboards 2 having a traveling surface for allowing travel of the vehicle on an upper surface are provided in a plurality, the respective footboards 2 are connected by a link mechanism by a link material 3, the respective footboards become a vertically stacked housing state by contraction of the link mechanism, and while superposing the mutual end part edges 6a and 6b of the adjacent footboards 2 by the extension of the link mechanism, the footboards 2 can be laid in a straight line shape. When lowering the respective footboards 2 on the ground surface in a state of extending the link mechanism by suspending the temporary road mat 1 of a vertically stacked housing state of the footboards 2 by a forklift, etc., a temporary road is easily formed.
