摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable grinding of the concrete surface surely at low cost regardless of the shape of a processing object, in a method and a device for executing grinding survey of a fragile part on the surface of a tunnel, a bridge or the like. SOLUTION: A hammering body 26 is formed in a shape of a rotating brush, and many wires 44 having steel balls on free end parts are installed separately in the rotation direction and in the axial direction. The hammering body 26 is rotated and moved along the concrete surface, and grinds the fragile part on the surface of a concrete structure. A microphone 30 detects a continuous hammering sound at the working time generated by the hammering body 26, and a sound analyzing device 36 executes defect diagnosis by waveform analysis of the continuous hammering sound by filtering by means of 1/f fluctuation conversion and a wavelet.
