PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone service switch system, capable of effectively restraining a call tone or a voice from being generated, during a movie is or performance of a play in a theater or a movie theater. SOLUTION: A reserve information database 4 accumulates reserve information, collected through a reserve server 3 and a reserve site 5 and the telephone number of a portable telephone terminal 6, obtained from a customer together with the reserve information. The reserve server 3 reads out the telephone number of the portable telephone terminal 6 from the reserve information database 4 at a prescribed time prior to an opening time, the telephone number is sent together with an opening time, and an ending time previously set in reserve information to a portable telephone company server 1 via the Internet. The portable telephone company server 1 switches its service to restraining a call tone or a voice from being produced from the portable telephone terminal 6, whose telephone number is received from the reserve server 3 at opening time and then switches its service to turning the portable telephone terminal 6 to an original state at ending.
