Has three guide angle irons (9), belonging to a group of four angle irons associated with four corners of a guide chassis, each connected by a crossbeam (20). The terminal is of the type including a sealed underground casing with an upper frame in which there is an opening; a terminal (6), which can be raided through the opening to an above ground stable position and can be lowered back into the casing; system of guides (9,15) moves the terminal between the two positions; a gas , pneumatic or other fluid or energy motor drive provides the power for moving the terminal between its high and low positions; a locking system is provided for the terminal in its high and low position; an electrical socket or water tap is fitted on the upper part of the terminal; a control and protection cover may be integrated into the sealed casing.
