PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling-off stopping device for surely preventing a card- type recording medium from falling off from a holder even if the length of the card-type recording medium is changed. SOLUTION: In an electronic equipment, the card-type recording medium 2 is inserted into the holder 1 from a card insertion port 1a and information is read and written. A falling-off stopping means 3 pressing the card-type recording medium 2 in the inserting direction by a pressing arm 3a having elasticity is arranged near the card insertion port 1a. The card-type recording medium 2 is prevented from falling off from the holder 1 by vibration during travel. The pressing arm 3a is elastically deformed and it corresponds to the change of the length of the inserted card-type recording medium 2 in the holder 1 even if the length of the medium 2 is changed. Thus, the card-type recording medium 2 different in length can securely be prevented from falling off from the holder 1. |
