PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode which can construct a secondary battery that has a safety and excellent cycle characteristics, in particular, high temperature cycle characteristics by improving a conducting material in the lithium secondary battery positive electrode which uses a lithium transition metal complex oxide for its active material. SOLUTION: The lithium secondary battery positive electrode is constructed to include an active material made of a lithium transition complex oxide, a conductive material made of a minute particle coated with indium oxide (ITO) doped with tin oxide, and a binder binding the active material and the conducting material.
