PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which can secure the durability of a scintillator and prevent a decrease in resolution, specially, nearby a join. SOLUTION: On a base 1, the photodetection parts of solid image pickup elements 2a and 2b are arranged adjacently and fixed with adhesive resin 11, a transparent film 3 having a smooth surface is formed on those photodetection parts while covering them together with their gap 25, and then layer of scintillators 4 is formed on the smooth surface. |
