PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, light-weight and high-efficiency electrode-less lamp resonator. SOLUTION: The electrode-less lamp resonator comprises a first dielectric 21, a ground conductor arranged on the surface of the first dielectric 21, a signal wire 13 including matching circuit patterns 13C, 13L arranged opposite to the ground conductor 12 on the backside of the first dielectric 21, a second dielectric 22 arranged at the bottom part of the first dielectric 21 through the signal wire 13, a third dielectric 23 arranged at the bottom part of the second dielectric 22, a lamp-containing hole 31 for containing the electrode-less lamp arranged inside the third dielectric 23, and an embedded part 12b extended from an end of the ground conductor 12 up to the vicinity of the lamp-containing hole 31. The first dielectric 21, the ground conductor 12 and the signal wire 13 make up a microstrip line. The embedded part 12b makes up a one-side-open and one-side-groundedλg/4 resonator with the vicinity of the lamp-containing part 31 as an open end and a standard grounding point 12s for the resonator as a grounding end. |
