摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the oscillating frequency to automatically be adjusted by detecting oscillation frequency in a circuit configuration that can be converted to an IC, in an oscillator circuit 31 in which the oscillation frequency can be corrected, by providing a capacitor C11 and a feedback resistor in an inverting amplifier 32 that can be realized with a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS) inverter or the like and on the basis of the change in the charging/discharging current to the capacity C11 by varying the resistance of the feedback resistor. SOLUTION: A metal oxide semiconductor(MOS) 33 is used for the feedback resistor, and a root mean square DC(RMSDC) converter 34 gives a DC voltage corresponding to the oscillation frequency to the gate of the MOS transistor 33, and the oscillation frequency is corrected by varying the on-resistance value. The MOS transistor 33 can be incorporated into an IC as a unit with a CMOS inverter or the like which constitutes the inverting amplifier 32 in the normal transistor making process, and can be made into a single chip IC together with the RMSDC converter 34 comprising a semiconductor rectifier or the like.
