PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diverter, for a liquid-flow-rate calibration device, by which an error is not generated by a method wherein, even when the flow- velocity distribution of a stream going out from a nozzle is asymmetric and even when the rotation of a rotating blade is asymmetric or even when the reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction to the right and the left of a commutating blade is asymmetric, the transient inflow state of the start of an inflow, and the stop of the inflow, to a weighing tank is made symmetric. SOLUTION: In a changeover device, the inflow of a liquid to the weighing tank is changed over in order to solve the above problem. In the diverter for the liquid-flow-rate calibration device, a changeover blade which is composed of two blades is installed so as to be freely changed over, and the start of the inflow, anal the stop of the inflow, of the liquid to the weighing tank are performed in a series of operations to one direction of the changeover blade.
