PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a reinforcing device for a rising portion for snow- guard to be used for a roof structure of a building to be used for a roof structure equipped with the rising portion for snow-guard. SOLUTION: This is a reinforcing device to be used for a roof structure of a building equipped with a rising portion for snow-guard; it comprises vertical surfaces touching the outer surface at the eaves side near the eaves at the raised portion for snow-guard and a leg member having a bottom surface touching the top surface of the roof portion; at both the end sides of the upper side with vertical surfaces at the leg member, a pair of right and left hold-stop portions having guide grooves opening to up-down an inner directions are projected, a clamp-stop board is dropped between both the hold-stop portions, its right- left side edges are fitted to the guide grooves at both the hold-stop portions; when the clamp-stop board is dropped down, the inner side surface of the clamp- stop board is pushed to the outer surface at the ridge side of the raised portion for snow-guard, at the same time, the vertical surface is pushed and brought into contact with the outer surface of the raised portion for snow-guard and, at the same time, the bottom surface of the leg member maintains the contact state wit the top surface of the roof portion.
