PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control temperature of a heat medium in a refrigerating unit (10) cooling the heat medium (brine) in application side circuits (50 and 60). SOLUTION: When a refrigerant circuit (20) is used as a cooling system, capacity of a compressor (21) is controlled according to refrigerating capacity obtained from cooling load and flow rate of the heat medium. When a cooling water circuit (40) is used as the cooling system, quantity of the cooling water is controlled according to refrigerating capacity obtained from cooling load and flow rate of the heat medium. |
