PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize energy saving. SOLUTION: A temperature control output branching part D-MV-Temp gives an output to a heating actuator Act1 when a manipulation variable output MVT of a temperature control controller PID-Temp is a heating mode, and gives an output to a cooling actuator Act2 when the output MVT is a cooling mode. A humidity control output branching part D-MV-Hum gives an output to a humidifying actuator Act3 when a manipulation variable output MVH of a humidity control controller PID-Hum is a humidifying mode, and gives an output to an actuator Act2 when the output MVH is a dehumidifying mode. A calculation unit C-MAX for calculating the maximum value of cooling output gives larger one of manipulation variable outputs of the branching parts D-MV- Temp and D-MV-Hum to the actuator Act2. |
