PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight concrete regenerating device easily attachable to and detachable from a concrete face and reusable and a concrete regenerating method using it. SOLUTION: This concrete regenerating method comprises mounting a regenerating device part 11 on the concrete face 4s by a support member 40 clamped by a vacuum sucking device part 11 sucked to the concrete face 4s, pouring a processing solution into a cavity G formed between the concrete face 4s and the regenerating device part 11, and carrying a current to an external electrode 15 provided on the regenerating device part 11 and a metallic member 2 within concrete 4. This concrete regenerating device is used for this method.
