PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix wall paper to the whole surface of a board base without overlapping the cutting position of the wall paper to the seam of the board base when cutting overlapped wall paper. SOLUTION: More than two of board bases 1 and 1,... are fixed to a wall surface through an exposed region 5 of the board surface. Next, a pushed out portion 7 of a wall paper 2 adhered to one board base 1 is overlapped on an overhang 6' of the wall paper 2' covering part of an exposed region 5' of other board base 1', and water is supplied to the coating surface of a re-moistened paste G. The coated surface of the re-moistened paste G creates an adhering ability by the water supplying, the pushed out portion 7 of the wall paper 2 and the overhang 6' of the wall paper 2' are temporarily adhered on the exposed region 6' of the board base 1, overlapped portion of the pushed out portion 7 of the wall paper 2 and the overhang 6' of the wall paper 2' is cut off, unnecessary portion of the cut-off wall paper is removed, and the pushed out portion 7 of the wall paper 2 and the overhang 6' of the wall paper 2' are butted together by adhesive force of the re-moistened paste and fixed on the board base 1'.
