PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for raking snow by imparting flexibility to a snow raking plate. SOLUTION: Cardboard is used as the flexible plate-like snow raking plate. When manufacturing the cardboard by superposing and adhering thin interleaves 2, a thin plate having directionality and restoring force such as wood and a bamboo material and veneer 3 are combined in the interleaves, and are formed as laminated plywood. Thus, deflection is reduced, and stiffness is imparted.
