The rail has a housing with fuel channel and connection sockets for fuel injection valves. The housing (1) also has standardized connections (10) for further components, which can be connected at random. The components are pref. pressure regulators (8), ventilation valves, covers (4), or connection sockets (5). The housing is of plastic or an iron or aluminum material, and parts of, or complete components are cast integrally with it.
