The invention concerns an instrument with heating blade(s) for cutting skin appendages, comprising at least a cutting blade (3) and at least a heating element formed by example by an electrical resistor (6) capable of being connected to a low-voltage electric current source for heating said blade. The invention is characterised in that said cutting blade (3) is made in one single piece and comprises a blind longitudinal slot (7) wherein is housed a heating element (6).
