<p>Provided herein is a novel method based on camera field screening strategies for evaluating the presence of diabetic retinopathy and/or other diseases by using new camera techniques that do not necessitate pupillary dilatation and that use other selected and larger photographic fields. Advantageously, the camera images may be digitally transmitted to a remote location for analysis and interpretation.</p> |
