A fuel injection valve (1), especially for directly injecting fuel into the combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing, spark ignited internal combustion engine, comprises an armature (20) which interacts with a solenoid coil (10), and a valve needle (3) which is connected to the armature (20) and on which a valve closing body (4) is provided. Said valve closing body forms a sealed seat together with a valve seat face (6). The valve needle (3) has a cone-shaped area (37) which interacts with a cone-shaped recess (39) of the armature (20) in such a way that the armature (20) is nonpositively and positively connected to the valve needle (3). |
