<p>The invention relates to an inner or inlay sole (2) for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, which permits optimal damping properties and optimal wearing comfort. The above inner sole (2) is constructed in an integral manner from a flexible material and comprises blisters (6). According to a preferred embodiment, the blisters (6) are hollow in form in order to meet the requirements particularly well.
