<p>Antiobestic medicines or medicines for the prevention or treatment of diabetes, containing compounds of the general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the same, prodrugs thereof, or solvates of them: (I) wherein A is aryl or heteroaryl, any of which is substituted with one or more groups, with the proviso that the groups must include at least a group represented by the general formula: RA-RB [wherein RA is S, SO, SO¿2?, NR?c, NRcSO¿2 (wherein Rc is hydrogen or lower alkyl), or lower alkylene; and RB is optionally substituted aryl]; X is O, S, NR(wherein R is hydrogen or lower alkyl), or a single bond; m is an integer of 0 to 4; n is an integer of 1 to 6; and p is an integer of 1 to 3.</p> |
