The invention relates to a method for welding building components (15). In order to form several successive pointed or linear welded joints (A, B, C, N) between successive building components (15) which are found unchanged in the same determined position, bundled radiation is emitted from a laser (7). Said bundled radiation is subsequently pivoted by an angle of between +/- 2 DEG and +/- 5 DEG . The invention is characterised by a pivotable welding head (2), which is joined to a fixed connecting element (3) via a plug-in connector (10). The fixed connecting element comprises a driving mechanism (11) to which the welding head (2) is mechanically connected.
