An integrated magnet body formed by laminating and securing a plurality of pieces of magnet through an insulating coating between pieces of magnet characterized in that the thickness of the insulating coating is 0.01 ñm or above and the ratio of the total sum of thickness of the insulating coating to the overall length of the integrated magnet body in the laminating direction is in the range of 0.0005%-3%. Since the inventive integrated magnet body has excellent insulation properties and effective volumetric ratio, a high efficiency motor can be realized by incorporating the integrated magnet body in the motor.
