ROUTE GUIDE INFORMATION GENERATOR, ROUTE GUIDE INFORMATION GENERATING METHOD, AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM

Route guide information for displaying a route even on a small screen of a navigation system can be generated with high comprehensibility and high operability. For the generation of such information, route guide information on a route between positions through guide points is generated so that the screen can display the information. The area where route guide information is displayed and the numerical keys are related in the ascending order and in one to one correspondence with hyperlink which causes no call of other files. Each file is so divided as not to exceed the maximum value of the file size or the number of numerical keys.
