The device has a guide part (7), fastened to a container (2) and forming a first (9) and a second holder part (11). A sealing ring (13) is held in the first holder part, and a slide sleeve (14) is pressed into the second holder part from the inside of the container. The sleeve has a wall thickness of 2-3mm. The sealing ring is of an elastic elastomer material. The guide part has a recess (23) with collar (24) and a gas seal with spring element (22) to press an elastomer body (19) of the gas seal against the piston rod (6).
