A base arrangement holds a ski binding (3,4) on the ski (1) and is connected to the ski for controlling the sidewise tilt. Separate base parts in the form of mounting-plates (2) belong to the toe and heel side ski-boot holders. Both plates or base parts belonging to a ski each are connected on their one lengthwise side (2') on their lengthwise end sections, and on their other lengthwise side to a middle section to the ski.
