<p>The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human zinc finger protein 44, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as tumor, nervous system disease, hemopathy, development disorder. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses. In addition, it refers to the use of said polynucleotide encoding this new human zinc finger protein 44.</p> |
