The anchor has an expansion mandrel fixing with a cylindrical anchor shaft (1) and threaded end sections (2) threaded in the same sense. Cylindrical anchor tips (3) at the threaded sections each have two cams with linear or spiral steps. The cam steps are in the same sense as the thread pitch. The bores of the expansion mandrel (5) have an inner thread to fit on the threaded sections. The maximum expansion of the expansion mandrel is conical or cylindrical and has two opposite expansion slits (6) in the area of its maximum diameter and pressure distribution slits (7) in the expansion area of the expansion mandrel.
