The invention relates to a method for testing the frost - dew resistance or frost - dew salt resistance of solid bodies. The solid body under examination is initially conditioned and subsequently exposed to a cycle of frost and dew conditions. The moisture content and/or the difference in the moisture content of the tested solid body is then determined as a function of alternating exposure to frost and dew. Measurement of the moisture content completes known testing methods and provides clearly reproducible results both in terms of impermeability of the material and also the size of the pore holes in the tested solid body. |
