A peptide (I) of general formula (A), capable of blocking the response to chemical substances or thermal stimuli or nociceptor inflammation mediators, preferably by ionic channels inhibition, such as VR1 nociceptor and L-glutamate ionotropic receptors, is new. Formula (A): aa1-X-aa2, where: aa1 = rest of amino end amino acid; aa2 = rest of carboxyl end amino acid; and X = rest of 2-8 amino acids, the same or different contained between aa1 and aa2 and their salts, provided at least 3 of amino acids are basic, and that at least one of the amino acids is an aromatic amino acid. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a composition including (I); and (2) a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition comprising (I) and an excipient/adjuvant. |
