PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent diagnostic device that displays a normal image based on a reflexed light from an observation site receiving an irradiation of an illumination light and a fluorescent diagnostic image based on a fluorescent light from an observation site receiving an irradiation of an excitation light, whereas an easily visible fluorescent diagnostic image is displayed even when the pixel of a fluorescent diagnostic image is less than that of a normal image. SOLUTION: From CCD photographic element 125 that photographed a fluorescent light irradiated from an observation site L image signals are read by means of beginning readout by adding a plurality of pixels before a fluorescent image with less pixels based on the image signal is generated. A portion for increasing the pixel 134 of a fluorescent diagnostic image generating unit 130 inputs the pixel of a normal image from a video signal processing circuit 144 of an image processing unit 140, and outputs the fluorescent diagnostic image to a video signal processing circuit 144 after increasing the pixel of a fluorescent diagnostic image up to that of a normal image, thereby displaying an easily visible fluorescent diagnostic image magnified as large as a normal image on a fluorescent diagnostic image monitor 162. |
