PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always notify a related transmission device of power cut-off. SOLUTION: If a power supply 10 continues cutting-off, the power of a capacitor 13 is exhausted gradually. However, a transmission signal from this transmission device 1 is inputted into a step-up transformer 14 through a switching device 8 and, after boosting by the step-up transformer 14, it is rectified by a diode 12 and supplied to the capacitor 13. As a result, the capacitor 13 is charged, and power is supplied to a transmitter 17 through a switch 16. Therefore, the transmitter 17 can operate continuously even if the power supply 10 continues cutting off, so that a power cut-off notification signal is generated and sent to an opposing transmission device 1. |
