PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preliminarily cooking a Japanese radish-shaped hamburger, capable of storing the preliminarily cooked hamburger in such a state for a long period that a hamburger is dished onto a Japanese radish kept in the shape, and carried to a cold- storage warehouse from a processing factory, and capable of supplying the preliminarily cooked hamburger to a restaurant and home through a delivery system and then heating the preliminarily cooked hamburger with an oven in a kitchen, and to provide a method for cooking the same. SOLUTION: This method for preliminarily cooking the Japanese radish-shaped hamburger comprises the following procedures: a root of Japanese radish picked when it is immature is formed into a boat-shaped concavity and thermally treated; the hamburger base is dished onto the thermally treated radish; the radish with the base is steamed, cooled and then packed into a heat-resistant bag; and the bag packed with the radish is evacuated, heated and then stored in a refrigerated state. The method for cooking the Japanese radish-shaped hamburger comprises the followings procedures: the preliminarily cooked radish-shaped hamburger is drawn out from the bag; a piece of sliced cheese is put on the preliminarily cooked hamburger; the preliminarily cooked hamburger with cheese is baked; and the baked hamburger is dished onto an iron plate. |
