PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and positively adjust an on-vehicle apparatus such as a vehicular seat to a position suiting a user by a simple operation by the user. SOLUTION: On-vehicle apparatus position data suiting the user is stored in a semiconductor memory card 12. When the user uses an automobile, this semiconductor memory card 12 is read into a microcomputer 9 and an on-vehicle apparatus driving mechanism 2 is operated on the basis of the on-vehicle apparatus position data stored therein to adjust a position of the on-vehicle apparatus 1 to the optimal position of the user.
