PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silane-silicon composition having excellent properties, particularly a silane-silicone composition containing an amino group or its derivative. SOLUTION: This silane-silicone composition comprises (A) 99.9-0.1 wt.% silicone containing an amino group or its derivative, (B)<=95 wt.% SiRAS(ORa)4-S or its hydrolysis condensation product as the silane compound, (C)<=99 wt.% Si(ORb)mRcnXp or its hydrolysis condensation product, and (D)<=90 wt.% Si(ORd)tRerXNq or its hydrolysis condensation product (provided that in each of the above formulae, R is a hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group; and X is an amino group, or the like; and the content of the sum of components (B), (C), and (D) is 0.1-99.9 wt.%).
