PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber reinforced flame retardant resin composite (IFRP) excellent in flame retardancy and a composite of a IFRP. SOLUTION: The composition for IFRP is composed of a polyvalent metal salt (A1) of a phosphoric acid ester (A0) of an alcohol having an ethylenic unsaturated group (a) and/or a metal containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer (A2) or the mixture, or a mixture of (A1) and/or (A2) with other ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing a polyvalent metal and/or containing no polyvalent metal, a polymerization initiator (C) and inorganic fibers for reinforcing (D). The IFRP composite is obtained by curing the composition.
