PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus and a mold for producing a spiral incense, having a simple apparatus structure and a simple action control setting, securing uniformity of a spiral incense, not causing inconveniences such as product loss, interrupted operation, etc., increasing a production efficiency. SOLUTION: This method and this apparatus for producing a spiral incense comprises extruding and supplying a kneaded material (A) for a spiral incense from a nozzle body (12) by an extrusion means for extruding the kneaded material (A) for a spiral incense from the nozzle body (12) by a hydraulic derive means to a channel at the outer peripheral edge of a spiral incense mold (2) provided with a spiral channel (20) for molding under a fixed pressure, continuously supplying and packing the kneaded material (A) of a spiral incense to the spiral channel (20) for molding while rotating the spiral incense mold (2) and moving in the radial direction in accordance with the supply to mold a spiral incense, temporarily stopping the supply of the kneaded material (A) for a spiral incense, cutting the kneaded material (A) for a spiral incense at an opening part of the nozzle, successively taking out the kneaded material (A) for a spiral incense after the completion of the molding together with the spiral incense mold (2) for drying, setting a new spiral incense mold (2) at a fixed position and repeating a series of these actions.
