PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition is excellent in weather resistance and has a good chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable especially for powder paint. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprise (A) an epoxy resin obtained from (a1) a polycondensation product of diols and epichlorohydrin, and (a2) polyhydric phenols having an aliphatic group of C4-18 as a substituent on an aromatic nucleus, and (B) a polyester having a carboxyl group as essential components.
