摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent eccentricity and vibration of a winding core, prevent deformation of the winding core even when the winding core is thin, and provide smooth winding of a sheet in a winding core shaft having lugs to hold the winding core. SOLUTION: In this winding core shaft 1 having the lugs 10 on a surface of a shell 1 in the length direction and the circumferential direction to be capable of protruding, the plural lugs 10 are provided uniformly on the same circumferential circle, leaf plates 16 of such a length as to cover plural lugs 10 in the length direction are disposed in the length direction of the shaft 1 in such a width as to part the shaft circumferential into plurality are installed in a specified number to be parallel in the shaft length direction to be fixed to the lugs 10 on an outer circumference of the shell of the winding core shaft 1 including the lugs 10. An inner core tube to send air through is disposed at a center part of the winding core shaft 1, and air is sent through the inner core tube 2, so that the leaf plates are protruded or contained through the lugs 10 there with, and when they are protruded, leaf plates 16 are pressed to get in contact with an inner surface of the winding core such as a paper tube, thereby the winding core is held.
