PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly conduct temporary mounting of an insert and a removal of a part retained by blocking a female threaded mounting hole of the insert. SOLUTION: A cylindrical form mount 3 is projected and formed on one surface of a cover 1 to be superposed on an end face of an opening side of the female threaded mounting hole 16 of the insert 15 via an easily breakable part 4, a cylindrical engaging element 6 to be engaged within the hole 16 is projected and formed at another one surface, and male threads 8 to be engaged with the female threads of the hole 16 are provided at an outside peripheral surface of a base end approached to the cover 1 of the element 6. The element 6 can be attached to or detached from the insert 15 by a low rotational speed of the element 6 since a number of the threads 8 is a little.
