PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating film excellent in design properties and a manufacturing method of a decorated molded article using the same. SOLUTION: The decorating film is prepared by forming at least a metal thin film layer and a design layer having an overlap with the metal thin film layer, on a base sheet, and the film has a design pattern formed by applying gradation in one or more directions to a part or the whole of the overlap of the metal thin film layer with the design layer. Therefore it appears to have a metallic luster pattern formed by applying the gradation in one or more directions.
