PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet receiving device for an automated storage and retrieval warehouse capable of storing even loads having different heights without interference with a pallet receiver or the like, when storing the loads in the conventional automated storage and retrieval warehouse. SOLUTION: In this pallet receiving device for the automated storage and retrieval warehouse, front shelf pillars 4a facing a passage are fixedly provided with front pallet-receiving plates 5 projecting toward the crane passage, rear shelf pillars 4b are provided with the rear pallet receivers 6 disposed parallel to a traveling direction of a crane body 3, and both ends of a pallet frame 8 provided on the crane passage side of a pallet 7 has recessed guides fitted on the front pallet-receiving plates 5. The pallet 7 is supported by the front pallet-receiving plates 5 and the rear pallet receivers 6.
