PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of parking many bicyclesa orderly and efficiently and taking in/out the bicycles easily. SOLUTION: This bicycle parking device is formed by arranging alternately and placing side by side bicycle placing-on stands for low position 11 in a horizontal state and bicycle placing-on stands for high position 12 in an inclined state. A bicycle front wheel corresponding part of the bicycle placing-on stand for high position 12 comprises a stepping-over protruding part 27 adapted to guide ascendingly/descendingly the front wheel according to a move of the bicycle B and to prevent the bicycle in a placed-on state from backing by its self-weight. The bicycle placing-on stands for low position 11 and the bicycle placing-on stands for high position 12 can be slid such that their rear end parts make arc horizontally around a rotation axis 16 comprised on each stand.
