PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a globe digester with which a digested material of uniform particles can be obtained. SOLUTION: An agitating means for agitating a material to be digested such as organic waste is installed rotatably and coaxially with a rotary shaft 20 of the globe digester 1 as the center. A pair of bilateral symmetrical agitating means 21a and a cantilever agitating means 21b are installed by fixing to the rotary shaft 20. By voluntarily rotating the agitating means simultaneously with rotation of the globe digester, the material to be digested is efficiently agitated to obtain the digested material of uniform particles.
