PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out a coating of sealing material and a positioning of window glass at one step for a short time in no relation to a direction of a vehicle door. SOLUTION: An elastic pad 6 is attached and adhered to a corner part 3a of a stepped part 3 formed on a window opening 2 of the vehicle door 1 and opened to one side of the inside and the outside. Thereafter, an outer periphery part of a window glass 4 is attached, positioned and adhered to the elastic pad 6. A sealing material 5a is filled and solidified in a seal reservoir 8 laid and formed on both of a border part 36 of the stepped part 3 and the elastic pad 6 and a border part 46 of the elastic pad 6 and the window glass 4 at one surface side and the other surface side of the window glass 4 of the stepped part 3. Thereby, a seal 5 is applied thereto and the purpose is accomplished. |
