METHOD FOR PROLIFERATING NATURAL KILLER CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain human natural killer cells not contaminated with proliferation stimulating cells. SOLUTION: The objective method for proliferating/culturing human natural killer cells involves using cells as proliferation-stimulating cells with scaffold dependency to be used for proliferating/culturing human natural killer cells in the presence of such proliferation stimulating cells; wherein the cells are characterized by being incorporated with a detective means thereinto. The above cells, for example, have a proliferation-stimulating effect of human natural killer cells and/or precursor cells thereof and are highly sensitive to the resulting human natural killer cells thus prolifrated/cultured.
